Are the iPhones new or refurbished?
Our iPhones are refurbished and pre-owned. This means they have been inspected, tested, and verified by specialized technicians to ensure proper functionality. They are not new devices, but they work perfectly and are ready for use.
What do the grades (Premium, Excellent, Very Good, Satisfactory) mean?
Grades refer to the device's aesthetic condition:
- Premium: Like new, no visible marks.
- Excellent: Minimal marks, almost imperceptible.
- Very Good: Light signs of normal use.
- Satisfactory: Visible marks but fully functional.
Functionality is 100% across all grades. Only the external appearance changes.
What warranty do iPhones have?
All our iPhones come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with current Spanish regulations. The warranty covers any malfunction not caused by misuse of the device.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We accept seQura (up to 12 installments, with interest-free options) and PayPal Pay Later (3 interest-free installments). The available options, depending on the amount, will be shown directly on the product page.
Can I return the iPhone if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return with no obligation. The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Returns are free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping to all of Spain in 24/48 business hours. You can also pick up your order at our store in Madrid (C. del Conde de Peñalver, 34) free of charge and usually ready on the same day.
