Is the quote the final price?

It's what we pay you if the iPhone is as you described it. We check it when it arrives; if anything differs, we explain it to you before changing the offer.

What's the difference between cash and credit?

With cash we pay you by bank transfer or in cash at the store. With ZonaPhone credit you get 10 % more to spend on your next iPhone or accessories.

What should I do before handing it over?
  • Make a backup.
  • Turn off Find My iPhone and sign out of iCloud.
  • Erase it: Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  • Remove the SIM.
How do I hand it over?

You can bring it to our Madrid store, ship it by courier, or hand it over when you buy an iPhone online. After you send the request we'll contact you to arrange it.

Do you buy iCloud-locked iPhones?

No. An iPhone linked to an iCloud account can't be reused. Turn off Find My iPhone before getting a quote.
