Are the iPhones new or refurbished?
Our iPhones are refurbished and pre-owned. This means they have been inspected, tested, and verified by specialized technicians to guarantee their proper functioning. They are not new devices, but they work perfectly and are ready to use.
What warranty do iPhones have?
All our iPhones come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with current Spanish regulations. The warranty covers any malfunction not caused by misuse of the device.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty only covers technical malfunctions. It does not apply in the following cases:
- Accidental damage such as bumps, drops, or breakages.
- Broken or scratched screen after purchase.
- Damage caused by liquids or moisture.
- Normal wear and tear from use, including natural battery degradation.
- Improper handling, opening, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the device's functionality.
- Use of non-original or defective chargers, cables, or accessories.
- Software issues, configurations, updates, or account blocks (Apple ID).
The warranty does not cover loss of information or damages resulting from improper use of the device.
Can I return the iPhone if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return. The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. We want you to shop with complete peace of mind.

What is an iPhone E-SIM?
It's an iPhone that uses a digital SIM integrated into the device, with no physical chip needed. You activate your line by downloading your carrier's profile via a QR code.
