iPad repairs we do in Madrid
We repair iPad, iPad Air, iPad mini and iPad Pro at our shop on Calle Conde de Peñalver, 34, in the Salamanca district. Diagnosis is free, you get a no-obligation quote before we repair anything and we let you know when it's ready.
iPad screen replacement
Spots, lines, areas with no picture or a black screen. We replace the screen and give you the quote for your model before we repair.
iPad glass replacement
If the glass is cracked but the picture looks fine, replacing just the glass is sometimes enough, and it costs less than a full screen. During the diagnosis we tell you what's needed.
iPad battery replacement
If it shuts down on its own, the charge doesn't last or it takes ages to charge, the battery needs checking. If it's swollen (the screen is lifting from the frame), stop using it and bring it in as soon as possible.
Charging port repair
It won't charge, only charges with the cable at a certain angle or the cable falls out. We check the Lightning or USB-C port and sometimes a cleaning is enough.
iPad logic board repair
If it won't turn on, gets stuck on the Apple logo or restarts on its own, the problem may be the logic board. We repair logic boards on iPad, iPad Air and iPad Pro.
Wet iPad: liquid damage cleaning
If it got wet, turn it off and don't charge it. We do an anti-corrosion cleaning of the logic board to stop corrosion before the damage spreads.
Software and restore
If it's slow, freezes or won't boot properly, we restore the system. We tell you first, because a restore erases any data without a backup.

How much does an iPad repair cost?
It depends on the model and the part. The price list on this page shows the price of each repair by model. Diagnosis is free and we confirm the quote, with no obligation, before we repair.
Can you replace just the iPad glass?
It depends on the model and the fault. If only the glass is cracked and the picture looks fine, replacing the glass is sometimes enough, and it costs less. During the diagnosis we tell you what's needed, and the price list shows both prices for your model.
How long does an iPad repair take?
It depends on the fault. We tell you along with the quote and let you know as soon as it's ready.
What warranty do repairs have?
All our repairs include a 12-month warranty. If a problem related to the repair comes up during that period, we fix it at no extra cost.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs (screen, glass, battery) don't touch your data. Even so, back up to iCloud or your computer before you bring it in. If the system needs restoring, we tell you first.
Which iPad models do you repair?
iPad from the iPad 2 to the iPad 10, iPad Air (from the first one to the Air 5), iPad mini (from the first one to the mini 7) and iPad Pro 9.7, 10.5, 11 and 12.9 inch.
Do I need an appointment?
You can walk into the shop at C. del Conde de Peñalver, 34 (Madrid), Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. If you'd rather arrange it first, message us on WhatsApp at +34 673 842 197.
